What’s the biggest change in the compliance landscape? It’s the deep engagement of boards and senior management.
Today they understand the risks of reputational damage and want to stay a step ahead of the compliance process.
That’s what Joe Spinelli is now seeing. He is a Senior Managing Director at Kroll, based in New York City.
Joe served as the first Inspector General for New York State and before that as a Special Agent of the FBI.
During more than 30 years in private and public service, he’s been on the front lines of FCPA enforcement and compliance, monitorships, and numerous white-collar investigations.
In the above videw, the contributing editor of The FCPA Blog, Richard Bistrong, sat down with Joe this week and talked about the latest trends in anti-bribery compliance.
